Teriyaki Chicken by Colette

1 bag of baby carrots
1 red onion cut into large chunks (can substitute 2 tsp onion powder)
1 can chunk pineapple (undrained)
2 whole boneless chicken breasts (about 3 pounds)
1 bottle teriyaki sauce (I used KC Masterpiece for meal swap.)

Crockpot cook on low for 6-8 hours.  Serve over rice.
